Training
We have been successful in training many on site staff and pool owners through the years, with a focus on their own plant rooms many attendees have found our training highly beneficial and now feel more confident with their equipment.
Our training is always onsite because we know that every pool is different. Our sessions run anywhere from one hour to four hours as we understand that different levels of pool maintenance require different levels of training. Our training is limited to a maximum of four, this allows for greater attention on the training.
If you have just moved in to a new property, have had a pool for a while, are a commercial site and have had new staff join your team and they are unfamiliar with your system or just require a refresher we are a helpful face and will offer them the support via telephone, email or face to face via a call out.
We also send out .pdf certificates to all attendies which can be printed and hung in the plant room so people will know who to ask for advice if they have an issue.
